Journey Wheels

Mercedes-Benz USA leaders created a comprehensive map of the journey their customers experience through marketing, purchase, and after-sale contact points. In order to make that map understandable throughout the organization, leaders simplified it into three color coded "journey wheels" depicting discrete phases of customer contact. Each of those wheels is provided below:
